Delivery Information
We ship our products both domestically within Thailand and internationally via Thailand Post.
- Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance of the destination.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

- Domestic (Thailand): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- International: Delivery times will vary based on the destination country’s postal service.
- Expedited Shipping: Please note, we do not offer expedited shipping services.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email which you can use to monitor your package’s status.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, Sixflor takes full responsibility for the loss. Please contact us immediately if you encounter such an issue.
